About Haftra

Haftra is a weekly journal for people on GLP-1 treatment such as Mounjaro, Ozempic and Wegovy. It keeps each injection, your weight and how you feel in one place, and reminds you when dose day comes around.

What it does

  • A four-dose plan that builds itself from your first shot, every 7 days
  • Reminders on dose day and the day before
  • Site rotation that tells you which injection site comes next
  • Pen or vial with a U-100 syringe, logged in syringe units
  • Tablet medications too, with the dose picked from a list
  • Apple Watch: log a shot, water or weight from your wrist
  • Weight trend, BMI and body measurements, with your weight read from a scale screenshot on the device
  • A side-effect journal and a Monday weekly recap you can share
  • A backup file you can export and restore, and a tidier doctor report

Frequently asked questions

Is Haftra free?
The core is free: logging injections, reminders, site rotation, weight and symptom tracking, the widget and Apple Watch. Haftra+ adds the estimated medication level, a weekly smart report, advanced insights, a PDF doctor summary, before and after photos and smart reminders, as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Which medications can I log?
Mounjaro, Zepbound, Ozempic, Wegovy, Saxenda and Trulicity, plus tablets such as Wegovy tablets and Rybelsus. Haftra is independent and has no affiliation with any of these brands; the names are there so you can identify your own treatment.
Does Haftra need an account?
No. The app works fully offline, with no ads, no analytics SDKs and no data sold or shared. If you do create an account, you can delete it and every record from inside the app.
Is Haftra a medical device?
No. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend a dose and does not replace a healthcare professional. Change your dose or injection day only under your clinician's guidance.
