About Pruvo

Pruvo keeps proof of everything you buy: the receipt, the warranty, the return window and any repairs. Scan a paper receipt, or share an e-invoice, an SMS or an email, and it reads the store, date and total for you.

What it does

  • Scan receipts or share PDF invoices from Mail, Photos and Safari
  • Share an SMS or email, or let a Shortcuts automation do it, and Pruvo downloads the invoice PDF from the link
  • Pick a Files folder such as Downloads and Pruvo spots new invoice PDFs there
  • Reads marketplace invoices from Hepsiburada, Amazon, Trendyol and others
  • Reminders 30, 7 and 1 days before a warranty ends
  • Return windows with their own reminders, down to the last day
  • Search the text printed on your scanned receipts
  • Support cases and a summary PDF to send to the store
  • Face ID lock, private iCloud sync and full export

How do I add a purchase to Pruvo?
Scan a paper receipt with the camera, choose a PDF or photo from Files, or share an e-invoice, an SMS or an email from Mail, Photos or Safari. Pruvo reads the store, purchase date and total and fills them in for you to check.
When does Pruvo remind me?
Warranty reminders arrive 30, 7 and 1 days before coverage ends. Return windows get their own reminders 3 days and 1 day before, and on the last day.
Where is my data stored?
On your device, synced through your own private iCloud database. There is no Pruvo account or server. You can lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode and export everything as a spreadsheet plus every document.
Does Pruvo work in Turkish?
Yes. Pruvo is available in English and Turkish.
